Kinderkinetics is studied over a 4 year period and consists of various programs based on scientific and well-researched motor learning principles.
Kinderkinetics is not a franchise.

Our Programmes
Scientifically based programmes
We specialize in children age 0 - 13 years.

Babykinetic Programme 0-2 years
These sessions promote special bonding time between the parent and baby.

The goal of the Babykinetics programme is to develop the sensory-motor skills of the baby, while keeping milestone development in mind, which include rolling, sitting, crawling and walking, as well as reflex-integration.
The primary focus is the visual, auditory and tactile systems as well as movement and motor development. It is FUN for the baby and parents learn useful tips how to stimulate their baby.

Program for Pre-School children 2–7years

This program is a fun-filled perceptual-motor developmental programme that is specifically taught to meet the various aspects of gross motor development such as balance, body awareness, spatial orientation, coordination, rhythm and timing.

This program is also designed towards the neuro-motoric development of the child, and aims to prevent educational implications from a motor point of view.
Children are assessed using the latest version of national and international recognized test batteries such as the Movement ABC to determine if a child’s motor development is on par.

Sport Development program 8 - 12 years
This program is a group-based sport development program where different sport skills are taught in a fun and exciting manner.
It also focuses on fitness and ensures that the basic fundamental skills underlying the various sporting skills are established before moving on to specializing in a specific sport.
Children participating in this program can also be assessed with the test battery called the Fitness Gram.
The FitnessGram® is the most widely used youth physical fitness assessment tool in the world.

Kinderkinetics at parties
Kids parties will have a set up with a lovely play session for gross motor FUN!

Remedial and Adapted program 0-13 years
Children with obesity, asthma, allergies and diabetes as well as children experiencing co-morbid disorders such as autism, DCD, ADHD or other neuro-motor based learning problems, will benefit from this program.
Kinderkineticists are working in conjunction with other professionals to ensure the optimal development of the child.
This programme is specially designed and adapted to meet the unique needs of a child from a gross motor as well as a neuro-motor point of view.
Each child receives an in-depth assessment using well-researched test batteries that are internationally recognised.
